By proceeding with the reservation, you agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Property, your subsequent stay will be subject to the Property's Standard Terms and Conditions regarding your reservation/stay at the Property. You further agree that the General Conditions posted on the website will constitute the binding agreement between you and the establishment regarding any and all business dealings, including reservation, stay, payment, use of facilities, etc., of any nature. The establishment may, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation if it considers the information provided to be false or incomplete. The Guest voluntarily agrees and allows the Property's representatives to create a profile of the Guest from the public domain in order to ascertain the Guest's details and provide appropriate hospitality services during their stay at the Property. The Property shall have the right to modify, amend, and/or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will indemnify and hold the Property harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind arising from and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay at the Property. The property will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the property canceling your reservation. The Property does not accept any liability for any failure by the Property to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the Property waives any of its rights under these conditions on one occasion, this will not automatically waive those rights on any other occasion.
