According to the SFE RND N.101800000026, invoicing will be done online and directly through tax, we inform that we will not be able to realize the invoice dates after the service provision - nor prior to the cancellation done using a different payment method by the hotel.

Due to the change of our system, we will only be allowed  to invoice in two ways and they are the following:1. At the moment of receiving advance payments prior to the provision of the service.2. At the time the check-out service is provided. Thank you.

Hotel Entrance Requirements: o National Guests: Valid ID Card.
Foreign Guests: o Passport (or DNI Mercosur countries).o Migration Ballot extended to the entrance to the CURRENT Country within 30 days established by immigration authorities.o If accompanied by minors, present the same documents as required.
    
CANCELLATIONS: 
NO SHOW charge if done 24 hours before the arrival of the guest. Otherwise, the amount corresponding to one night's lodging will be charged. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted as valid and must be notified by letter or e-mail.

MODIFICATIONS:
Modifications or changes to the conditions of the reservation must be informed in writing at least 24 hours in advance, not having any verbal communication valid.

CHILDREN'S POLICY:
Up to 2 children under 12 years old can share a room with parents including breakfast.

SMOKING POLICY:
The hotel does not have rooms for smokers so it is not allowed to smoke inside any room of the Hotel. In case of evidence, an amount of $ us. 100 will be charged to your account.

PET POLICY:
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel facilities.
